Grades 9 -12
Consumer Math: Biblical Stewardship & Personal Finance from Master Books equips high school students with the real-world math skills they need for budgeting, managing money, understanding credit, and making wise financial decisions. Rooted in biblical stewardship, this course helps teens apply math to everyday life with confidence. It’s a practical, values-based approach to preparing students for financial independence and responsibility.
This college preparatory course will include lecture and independent study covering fundamental aspects of chemistry. Weaving together concepts and their mathematical applications, the course teaches students how to think as a chemist so they can analyze the major changes that occur in matter. Chemistry Labs will be held every two weeks off campus. Labs are essential to the class. Lab fee is $15. Pre-requisite: Algebra I. Minimum 6 students.
This course will give students a solid understanding of the American government and basic economic principles from a Christian worldview. In the first semester, students will study the foundations of our nation’s government and the second semester will focus on economic principles. Students will be encouraged to think critically apply biblical principles to civic and financial decisions. Grades 11-12.
This course will build students’ communication skills. In the first semester, students will learn to craft and deliver various types of speeches, including informative, persuasive, and personal. The second semester introduces debate fundamentals such as argument structure, rebuttals, and research. Students will practice debating to apply their skills and develop the ability to think clearly, speak effectively, and present their ideas with grace and confidence.

The Photography and Yearbook Club is a student led group that meets twice a month where under the guidance of a teacher, students will have the opportunity to take photos at school events, learn basic photography skills, and work together to create the 2025-2026 yearbook that reflects the heart of our school community.

In this engaging class, students will explore God’s amazing design in the physical world through the study of matter, energy, motion, and simple machines. Using a biblical worldview, we’ll discover how science reveals order, purpose, and creativity in God’s creation. Through fun experiments and interactive lessons, students will develop curiosity, critical thinking, and a deeper appreciation for the wonders of God’s world.
This course invites students to develop a love for reading through meaningful discussion and exploration of great books. Each week, students will dive into thought-provoking literature across a variety of genres. Through guided conversations, students will sharpen their comprehension, critical thinking, and communication skills. Book Club is a fun and welcoming class that encourages a lifelong enjoyment of reading.
Thinking critically and using logic is a vital skill our teens need to make wise choices and discern truth in today’s world. In this class, students will learn how to identify faulty reasoning and build strong arguments through engaging lessons and lively discussions. We’ll be using The Fallacy Detective; this workbook is fun and makes complex ideas accessible and memorable. This course will challenge students to think clearly, communicate effectively, and evaluate ideas through Scripture.
Dive into this fun and interactive course designed to spark creativity and build confidence on stage! Students will explore the foundations of acting and improvisation through engaging games and exercises, gain exposure to Shakespeare, develop performance skills with monologues and reader’s theatre, and even try their hand at basic playwriting. The semester will culminate in a festive Christmas play.

With over 25 years of teaching experience both in private school settings and in the church, she loves seeing students grow in their relationship with Christ.
